Nick's Discount Liquor was founded by Nick Finneman in 1979. Nick was a second generation business owner: His father, Matt Finneman, owned the  Finneman's Phillips 66 filling station and an on/off sale liquor store at The Granite Inn in Saint Cloud from 1940-1970. Nick took over his father's business in 1970 and moved to the southwest side of Saint Cloud to open Nick and John's Convenience Store in 1978 and Nick's Discount Liquor a year later. Today, the store is run by Nick's son, Eric Finneman, who assumed ownership in 2010.

 

In the 35 years since its founding, Nick's Discount Liquor has undergone two major renovations to accomodate the needs of our loyal customers. Our inventory continues to grow and evolve with the demands of our customers every day and we look forward to serving you for many years to come.
